Creating a JDBC Connection to an EnterpriseTrack Data Source
To create a JDBC connection to an EnterpriseTrack data source:
- Click Administration.
- Under Data Sources, click JDBC Connection.
- Click Add Data Source.
- In the General section, complete the following:
- In the Driver Type field, select your version.
- In the Database Driver Class field, enter the JDBC driver class for your database.
- In the Connection String field, enter your JDBC connection string for the EnterpriseTrack database.
- In the Username field, enter the name of the reporting schema user that you created using Configuring the Reporting Schema User.
- In the Password field, enter the password for the schema user.
- Click Test Connection.
- In the Security section, move the role from the Available Roles column to the Allowed Roles column.
- Click Apply.
