From the Resource List page, you can view, add, edit, and delete certifications associated with a resource profile. Adding certification information to a resource's profile is one way to ensure that a resource's skills are appropriately matched with a project's requirements.
Viewing Certifications
To view certifications:
- From the Top Navigation bar, select Go To > Resources > Listing. The Resource Listing screen is displayed.
- Locate the resource.
- From the Actions menu, choose Select.
- Click the Certifications tab.
Adding Certifications
To add certifications:
- From the Top Navigation bar, select Go To > Resources > Listing. The Resource Listing screen is displayed.
- Locate the resource.
- From the Actions menu, select Edit > Certifications.
- Click the Add Cert button. The Add New Certifications page is displayed.
- Enter all the relevant information.
- Click Add Cert.
Editing Certifications
To edit the details of an existing certificate:
- From the Top Navigation bar, select Go To > Resources > Listing. The Resource Listing screen is displayed.
- Locate the resource.
- From the Actions menu, select Edit > Certifications.
- Click the Certification ID link to select the certification you want to edit. The Edit Certification Info page is displayed.
- Make the necessary changes and click Update.
Deleting Certifications
To delete an existing certification:
- From the Top Navigation bar, select Go To > Resources > Listing. The Resource Listing screen is displayed.
- Locate the resource.
- From the Actions menu, select Edit > Certifications.
- Click the Certification ID link to select the certification.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion.
