You can choose to run reports manually or on a schedule. If you select scheduled, you can decide the following options:
The system sets an expiry date for all scheduled reports and displays the
icon next to reports that have expired. The expiry date is based on the scheduling frequency. You can renew scheduled report by clicking the
Renew icon, or you can click the Renew button from the Schedule and Email tab.
To schedule a report:
On the List pane, the reports that are scheduled have the
Scheduled icon.
Note: If your administrator has disabled your scheduled report, it is displayed on the Schedule and Email tab.
