Putting a Proposal on Hold

To place a proposal on hold:

1. Click on the Proposals link in the left navigation bar and, or select Go To> Proposals from the Top Navigation bar and select the proposal.
2. Click the Workflow > Hold button on the Proposal details page.

To remove the hold:

• From the Proposal Details page select Workflow > Remove Hold to and make the proposal available again.

  Notes:

  • On Hold in the Status column of the Proposal List indicates that a proposal has been placed on hold.
  • If you are unable to place a proposal On Hold, you may not have the necessary permissions. Contact your administrator for details.
