Creating a Status Report

  1. Navigate to the Status Reports page by selecting (Project #) > Go To > Status Reports, or by clicking the Status Reports link on the left navigation bar within a particular project.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. On the Create Status Report page, complete the fields that are editable. The system will automatically generate some pre-selected information about the project for your report. You may be able to add additional information in some custom fields.
  4. Add a note to the status report
  5. Click Save to save your changes.
  6. Click Submit for Approval to send it to your manager or supervisor for approval.
  7. Click Cancel to leave the status report unchanged.
