Creating a New Program

To create a new program, click the Programs link in the Left Navigation bar, or select Go To > Programs from the Top Navigation bar.
Click the Create a New Program button.
Enter a name for the program.
Select a program owner from the list of available users.
Enter a description for the program.
Select the projects that are to be linked to the program. If the list of projects is very long you may want to use the Filter to narrow down the list of available projects.
To link a Project to this Program, click the name of the project in the Available Projects list, and click the right arrow button to add it to the Linked Projects list. To unlink a project from this program, select it in the Linked Programs list and click the left arrow button.
Click Create to create the new program.
