Deleting Timesheets

You can delete timesheets that have the status Open, Submitted, or Rejected only if you have permissions to delete timesheets. To delete timesheets that have been approved, you must first re-open the timesheet.

To delete a timesheet:

  1. Click the Timesheets > Listing link in the Left Navigation bar, or select Go To > Timesheets > Listing from the Top Navigation bar.
  2. Click View next to the timesheet you want to delete. The selected timesheet is displayed.
  3. Click Delete.

Tips:

Use the Quick Filters box to find the timesheet you want to delete. You can also select More Filters to refine you search parameters.

Note: You cannot delete timesheets if they were submitted on or before the Timesheet Close Period. These include timesheets that are approved, open for corrections, submitted with corrections, rejected with corrections, and canceled.
