Managing Finance Templates

The Default Global Finance Template is installed when the system is first deployed. You can create new global or initiative-specific finance templates by copying and making changes to the default finance template. From the Finance Templates section, you can:

• View details of the finance template. The finance categories and subcategories are displayed. You can change the display name, enable or disable finance categories, change the multiplication type, and the multiplication factor value.
• Edit a finance template.
• Copy a finance template to create a new finance template.
• Add or update an Import/Export MS Excel template.
