Approving Status Reports

If you are a manager, your responsibilities may include approving status reports. To begin working with status reports, click the Status Report sub-menu within the Projects menu in the Left Navigation bar, or by selecting (Project #) > Go To > Status Report.

  1. Select the Status reports Submitted for my Approval option from the Quick Filters pull-down menu.
  2. You will see a list of all the status reports that need to be approved.
  3. Select the status report by clicking the [View] link in the Action column.
  4. On the status report details page, click the Approve button.
  5. Click Reject to send a status report back to a user for modification.
