Sharing Reports

The Sharing tab allows you to see if this report is shared with other team members. You can also edit this tab to allow others to view your report.

To share a report, do the following:

  1. From the Manage Reports screen select the Sharing tab from the Details pane.
  2. Check the Share Report box.
  3. Select the resources from the Available Resources box. You can also click on the [Filter] option to narrow down the resources.
  4. Select if you want to share the report Always or for a Time Period.
  5. Choose if other resources can copy this report and if they can view the output history.
