This graphic shows passenger trip delay. The selector area includes selectors for Airport and Calendar Year. The report area shows a table of values and two bar graphs. The table of values has values by month. The bar shows values with a key: number of passengers boarded and number of delayed passengers. Another bar chart shows Average Delay for all passengers, Average Delay for Disrupted Passengers, and Average Delay for non disrupted passengers. The trip delay area shows Passenger Trip Delay. The Passenger Trip Delay = max (Actual Time of Arrival – Scheduled Time of Arrival, 0). The delay can occur as a result of one of the following scenarios:

Passenger arrives late on the last ticketed flight of an itinerary

Passenger arrives late because a ticketed flight was diverted to another airport

Passenger arrives late after being re-booked on a later itinerary when a ticketed flight is cancelled.

Passenger arrives late when the passenger misses a connection and is re-booked on a later itinerary
