Oracle Reports 12c Release (12.2.1) provides the option to configure the Mail Server element from Enterprise Manager. To configure the Mail Server element, complete the following steps:
Log in to Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Navigate to the EM MBean browser Weblogic Domain > System MBean Browser
Navigate to reports server mbean
Standalone server - oracle.reports.serverconfig:type=ReportsServer,name=rwserver-<componentName> Inprocess server - oracle.reportsApp.config:Location=<managedServername>,name=rwserver,type=ReportsApp,Application=reports,ApplicationVersion=12.2.1
Go to Operations and click addPluginParam.
Give Name as mailServer.
Click Invoke.
Click the child mbean which is created.
Click Operations > Add Property and add properties as needed and click Invoke for each property
