This figure shows the initial screen of the Roles Editor. The following artifacts are included in this screen:

The role name, shown here as SUPERVISOR_ROLE
A Notes text entry box
A panel labeled External Authentication Principals, which you can use to add or remove principals from the role
A Supervisor check box, which can be selected to cause supervisor access privileges to override all other privileges defined in the Security Navigator. By default this checkbox is selected.
A Role Profiles panel, which lists all the profiles defined in the repository. A checkbox appears next to each profile, which you can select to grant that profile to the role being edited.
