Installing the Wireless Networking Module

The Workstation 6 Series supports an optional wireless networking module.

  1. Rear view of the workstation and hex key. Your workstation may differ in appearance, but the module installation process is the same.

  2. Use the hex key to loosen the top cover screws.

  3. Carefully remove the top cover from the workstation.

  4. Place the top cover in the position shown in the following image. Do not pull the cover away from the workstation with force. Doing so could damage the speaker wires.

  5. Slide the wireless module into the slot until secure.

  6. Secure the wireless module with the provided screw.

  7. Remove the adhesive strip from the bottom of each antenna.

  8. Stick the wireless antennas to the top cover positions shown in the following image, and then connect the wires to the wireless module. The antenna wires can be oriented as needed.

  9. Replace the top cover and use the hex wrench to secure it. Ensure the cover does not pinch the antenna wires or speaker wires.
