A route indicates which accounts a sales representative plans to visit on a particular day.
The following procedures related to routes and route management are included in this topic:
"Viewing Route Account Information for a Route"

You can display route details by using the Routes list.
To display route details
Tap the Side Menu icon on the application banner, and then tap Routes to display the following:
The Routes list and details for the selected route in the right pane.
A list in the left pane in which you can select the related items for routes.
Tap a route in the Routes list.
All details for the selected route appear below the list in the right pane.
To view the related items for the selected route, tap the following names in the list in the left pane:
Route Accounts. Shows the route account information for the route. For more information, see "Viewing Route Account Information for a Route".
Complete the following procedure to view the route account information for a route.
To view the route account information for a route
Tap the Side Menu icon on the application banner, and then tap Routes to display the following:
The Routes list and details for the selected route in the right pane.
A list in the left pane in which you can select the related items for routes.
Tap a route in the Routes list.
All details for the selected route appear below the list in the right pane.
Tap Route Accounts in the list in the left pane (or drill down on the link in the Route Name field).
All the accounts associated with the route appear in the right pane, and all details for the selected route appear above the list in the right pane.
