This section provides an overview of the relationships between the events calendar and personal calendar, as well as providing information about events calendar browser requirements and icons. Events Calendar Browser RequirementsThe person viewing the events calendar needs to use a browser for high-interactivity applications. A browser for high-interactivity applications supports real time updates to the user interface. For example, when you drag a column divider to change column width, a browser for high-interactivity applications displays your changes in real time. This functionality is particularly important in the events calendar. Using a browser for low-interactivity applications results in an incomplete screen display.
