Adding Activities in the To Do List

The To Do list appears in the Calendar screen to the right of the calendar format.

To Do activities have the following characteristics:

To add a To Do activity  

  1. Navigate to the Calendar screen.

  2. In the To Do list, click the plus (+) icon.

    A blank row appears in the list.

  3. Enter values in the Description and Due fields.

  4. (Optional) To add more information to the activity, drill down on the Description field hyperlink of the activity.
