Supporting ASP Pages and Siebel Virtual Directories on the Same Instance of Microsoft IIS

It is not recommended to host ASP pages and the virtual directories for Siebel Business Applications on the same instance of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). If you want to deploy both ASP pages and Siebel Business Applications on the same Web server, then you must isolate the ASP pages from Siebel Business Applications, by using separate application pools. Doing this might affect performance of the Web server.
