RPASCE provides a health-check framework that automatically runs diagnostic tasks every night to verify that the application is in a healthy state. These tasks include the following:
These tasks are listed only for information purposes. Except the nightly application backup task, the admin user cannot configure the health check tasks.

Remove Orphaned Workbooks
This task detects and removes workbooks that are not associated with any segments. Workbooks that are not associated with any segments are those that remain after an unexpected application error occurs. These workbooks will not appear in recent plans without an associated segment; since there is no way the workbooks can be salvaged, they will be removed to save space.
Pendo Tasks
Guided learning and business intelligence collection both use Pendo, a third-party tool, to manage user data. Every user, either admin or non-admin, can request to download all the data Pendo has collected about them or can request that all data that Pendo has collected about them be erased. These are referred to as "right to data portability" and "right to forget" respectively. These user requests are sent to Pendo overnight as part of this Pendo health check task. Pendo may take a number of days to fulfill the requests. The nightly Pendo health check task keeps track of the status of all the user requests and updates them when Pendo responds to the request.
