User Role Assignment Report

This report provides a list view and a graph view of the numbers of users assigned to user roles.

  To run the report:

  1. From Data Relationship Management Analytics, select Reports, and then select User Role Assignment Report.

  2. Click the filter bar and set filter options:

    • Users––Select All or click popup search list button, select users, and then click OK.

    • Roles–– Select All or select roles.

  3. Click Apply.

    Tip:

    Click filter save button to save the current filter settings, reset to default saved filter settings, or clear the current filter selections.

  4. Set how you want to view information in the report:

    • graph view Graph View––Number of users assigned to each user role and counts for these user types:

      • Governance Users––Users with the Governance User role

      • Data Stewards––Users with any of these roles:

        • Interactive User

        • Data Creator

        • Data Manager

        • Application Administrator

        • Access Manager

      • Analytics Users––Users with any of these roles:

        • Analytics User

        • Governance Manager

      • Anonymous Users––Users with the Anonymous User role

    • list view List View––View the list by user or role. Click export to excel to export the report to .XLS format.
