Object Access Group Authorization Report

This report provides a list view mapping of users and user groups to specific Data Relationship Management objects.

Note:

A user with the Access Manager role has access to this report and can see all Object Access Groups regardless of which groups that user can see in Data Relationship Management.

  To run the report:

  1. From Data Relationship Management Analytics, select Reports, and then select Object Access Group Authorization Report.

  2. Click the filter bar and set filter options:

    • Object Access Group––Select All or select groups.

    • Users––Select All or click popup search list button, select users, and then click OK.

    • Access Group–– Select All or select access groups.

    • Object Type––Select All or select objects. Default is None.

  3. Click Apply.

    Tip:

    Click filter save button to save the current filter settings, reset to default saved filter settings, or clear the current filter selections.

  4. Optional: Click export to excel to export the report to .XLS format.
