Hierarchy Access Group Assignment Report

This report provides a list view displaying data grants of users and groups to nodes in a hierarchy.

  To run the report:

  1. From Data Relationship Management Analytics, select Reports, and then select Hierarchy Access Group Assignment Report.

  2. Click the filter bar and set filter options:

    • Version––Select a version.

    • Hierarchy–– Select All or select hierarchies.

    • User––Select All or click popup search list button, select users, and then click OK.

    • Access Group––Select All or select access groups.

    • Access Group Type––Select Interactive, Workflow, or Both.

    • Access Level––Select All or select access levels.

  3. Click Apply.

    Tip:

    Click filter save button to save the current filter settings, reset to default saved filter settings, or clear the current filter selections.

  4. Set how you want to view the list: by User or Hierarchy.

  5. Optional: Click export to excel to export the report to .XLS format.

Note:

For global node access groups, this report shows only the controlling hierarchy where the access is assigned. The user may have access to additional hierarchies to which they have been granted global access.
