Workflow Access Group Assignment Report

This report provides a list view displaying data grants of users and groups to workflow model stages.

Caution!

Models using the same label will not be distinguishable from each other in the Workflow Access Group Assignment Report.

  To run the report:

  1. From Data Relationship Management Analytics, select Reports, and then select Workflow Access Group Assignment Report.

  2. Click the filter bar and set filter options:

    • Model––Select All or click popup search list button, select models, and then click OK.

    • Stage––Select All or select stages.

    • Users––Select All or click popup search list button, select users, and then click OK.

  3. Click Apply.

    Tip:

    Click filter save button to save the current filter settings, reset to default saved filter settings, or clear the current filter selections.

  4. Set how you want to view the list: by Model or User.

  5. Optional: Click export to excel to export the report to .XLS format.
