User Login Activity Report

This report provides a list view displaying trend reports for user login activity over time.

  To run the report:

  1. From Data Relationship Management Analytics, select Reports, and then select User Login Activity Report.

  2. Click the filter bar and set filter options:

    • Timeframe––Select a predefined timeframe or select Custom, and then select a Start Date and End Date.

    • Users––Select All or click popup search list button, select users, and then click OK.

  3. Click Apply.

    Tip:

    Click filter save button to save the current filter settings, reset to default saved filter settings, or clear the current filter selections.

  4. Set how you want to view information in the report:

    • graph view Graph View––Scale for Unique Logins is displayed on the left and the scale for Total Logins is displayed on the right.

      Note:

      For login results to display in this view, there must be at least two logins in the timeframe selected. For fewer than two logins, view the results in the List View.

    • list view List View––Click export to excel to export the report to .XLS format.
