Metadata Object Usage Report

This report provides frequency distribution and aging information fro Data Relationship Management objects: queries, compares, imports, exports, blenders, and books.

  To run the report:

  1. From Oracle Data Relationship Management Analytics, select Reports, and then select Metadata Object Usage Report.

  2. Click the filter bar and set filter options:

    • Object Type––Select an object: Exports, Books, Compares, Queries, Imports or Blenders.

    • Timeframe––Select a predefined timeframe or select Custom, and then select a Start Date and End Date.

    • Users––Select All or click popup search list button, select users, and then click OK.

  3. Click Apply.

    Tip:

    Click filter save button to save the current filter settings, reset to default saved filter settings, or clear the current filter selections.

  4. Optional: Click export to excel to export the report to .XLS format.
