You can use the Audit Trail module to view changes made to the Simphony application. The Audit Trail records and reports all additions, changes, and deletions made through the EMC and through PMC Procedures. In addition, the Audit Trail reports on successful and failed logins to EMC, PMC Report takers, Key Manager activity, and Audit Trail purges.
