Writer Element of the od_basic_mapping.xml File

The writer element defines write access to the field that Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop maps to Microsoft Outlook. It contains only the class attribute. The following values are available for the class attribute:

• binhex_link
• custom:links_first
• multiwriter
• Microsoft Outlook_document_content
• Microsoft Outlook_document_filename
• Microsoft Outlook_recipients
• Microsoft Outlook_std
• Microsoft Outlook_user

The writer element can contain the following tags:

• link_writer
• resolved_writer
• Microsoft Outlook_field
• user_field
• convertor
• writer
