Granting Sign In Access to Technical SupportYou can grant permission to a technical support representative to access your Oracle CRM On Demand session. This access might be necessary to allow the technical support representative to troubleshoot a problem. To grant sign in access to others
Note: If you want to terminate sign in access prior to the Access End Date that you specified, and you have already granted access using this feature, enter a new date and time range with dates that are in the past. |
