Step 1: Defining Criteria

You define the criteria for your reports in the Define Criteria page in Oracle CRM On Demand Answers. To access the Define Criteria page, either create a new analysis, as described in Getting Started with Answers (Custom Reports), or open an existing analysis in Oracle CRM On Demand Answers.
