Showing Filters Applied to Results

Use the filters view to show the filters in effect for a report. For information about adding filters to a report, see Adding Filters to Columns.

To add or modify a Filters view

  1. In Oracle CRM On Demand Answers, in the Create Layout page, perform one of the following actions:
    • To add a new filters view, click Add View, and then select Active Filters.
    • To edit an existing filters view, click the Edit View button for the filters view.

      The workspace shows the filters view.

  2. When you are done, click OK.
  3. Save the report.
