JD Edwards at Flotek

Flotek has been running JD Edwards software since 2012. Since that time Flotek has expanded their market segments and at the beginning of 2015 we committed to extending JD Edwards to the enterprise and to build integrations where required to maintain JD Edwards as the system of record. We are reviewing each business segment and implementing new and enhanced functionality within our Enterprise to better meet our needs: like Job Cost, Expense Management, Transportation Management; Engineer to Order Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Repetitive Manicuring, and a modified version of Blend Manufacturing for Chemicals industry.

Working with RFSmart we are implementing their barcode solution throughout the distribution and manufacturing during each process.

We are managing our implementation internally with a team of professionals having 15 to 20 years of JD Edwards experience from Flotek employees and companies like Hartland Consulting, Surety Systems, and direct hires.

Our timetable is to deliver one business segment reimplementation’s one at a time; the first by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2016, the second by EOY, etc.
