Recovery

  1. Log into the primary NOAM.
  2. Select Tekelec HLR Router > Configuration > Service Config.
  3. Edit an existing, or Insert a new, service configuration.
  4. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact My Oracle Support (MOS).
