Checking the log file

1. Navigate to the directory in which the response file that you modified exists.
2. Open the log file with the name you specified during the installation.
   • For successful installations, the log file includes ResultCode=0.
   • For unsuccessful installations, the ResultCode field is populated with a number that specifies the type of error that occurred during the installation.

   Note: The error codes in the log file are created by InstallShield. If an error occurs during the installation, contact Oracle for details.
