Gathering data for performance reports

Open a Command Prompt window and enter the name of the drive in which the executable file is installed.
Enter the location of the executable file in the drive you specified:
<Installation Folder>\CentralCodingServer\CodingWebUI\Utilities\UsageCharts
Run PhaseForward.CentralCoding.CreateUsageCharts.exe, using the following syntax:
PhaseForward.CentralCoding.CreateUsageCharts.exe [dbUser] [UsageType] [csvFileDirectory] [TrialList]

In the command syntax:
- dbUser—Central Coding Database user ID.
- UsageType—The type of data to compile and display in Microsoft Excel.
  - DAILYUSAGE—Produce reports for data from one or more specified studies.
  - SYSTEMSUMMARY—Produce reports for data from the entire system.
  - BOTH—Produce separate reports for individual studies, and reports for the system as a whole.
- csvFileDirectory—The directory in which you want to store the CSV data file.
- TrialList—For DAILYUSAGE or BOTH usage type, the list of studies for which to produce the reports.
  - For one study, specify the study name.
  - For more than one study, list the study names in quotation marks, separated by commas (for example, "PFST50, PFSTCardio").
When prompted for a password, enter the Central Coding Database user password.
The utility produces a CSV file that you open in Microsoft Excel.
