Roadmap for Migrating to Oracle Billing Insight Version 7.1

To migrate to Oracle Billing Insight version 7.1, perform the following tasks and processes:

1. If you currently have Oracle Self-Service E-Billing version 6.1 or 6.2 installed:
   1. You must first migrate to Oracle Billing Insight version 7.0 as described in Installation Guide for Oracle Billing Insight, version 7.0, available on the Oracle Technology Network:

   2. Once you have migrated to Oracle Billing Insight version 7.0, follow the steps in this guide to migrate to version 7.1. See Process of Migrating Oracle Billing Insight Version 7.0 to Version 7.1.
2. If you currently have Oracle Billing Insight version 7.0 installed, follow the steps in this guide to migrate to version 7.1. See Process of Migrating Oracle Billing Insight Version 7.0 to Version 7.1.
