Creating Employees

  1. Click Employees, and then click Employee Setup.
  2. Click New, and then enter the following employee details:
    • First Name: Enter the employee’s first name.

    • Last Name: Enter the employee’s surname.

    • (Optional) Address: Enter the employee’s home address.

    • User ID: Enter the employee’s username for Suites.

    • Password: Enter the employee’s password for Suites.

  3. Select one or more locations designated for the employee, and then select one of the locations as the default.
  4. Click Save.
