Upgrading the CRF Submit Adapter server

If you are upgrading from an older release of the CRF Submit Adapter software:

  1. Fully uninstall the current version of the CRF Submit Adapter software.

    For more information, see Uninstalling the CRF Submit Adapter software.

  2. Verify that the software and hardware meet the CRF Submit Adapter requirements.

  3. Install the CRF Submit Adapter software.
