Status

Using this option, bank administrator can modify and manage the locked and activated statuses of a particular user.

You are here How to reach here:

Dashboard > OnBoarding > User Management > Search User > Status

To change the user status:

  1. From the Status list, select the appropriate option.
  2. In the Lock Status field, select the appropriate option.
  3. Click Confirm.
    The success message of change the status appears.
    OR
    Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
