Upcoming Payments Inquiry

Upcoming payments are a unique feature of Payment. It upfront reminds the customer of all its payments which are due for payment in the coming month or the following 30 days or this week. The screen displays immediate upcoming payments.

The transaction types which you can view are:

This transaction also allow you to cancel the payment before execution.

Note: In case of canceling a standing instruction, complete standing instruction will be get cancelled.

The Upcoming Payments provides details like Transaction Type, Account Details, Payment Type, and Amount of transaction week and monthewise.

To view the standing instruction details:

  1. From the Account Number list, select the appropriate account number.

Type of transfer.

Account Details

Destination account number along with destination bank /branch details.

Transfer amount along with the transfer currency.

Action

The icon to cancel the transaction or SIStanding Instructions: It is an instruction a bank account holder (Payee) gives to his or her bank to pay set of amount at regular intervals to another's (Payees's) account. maintained for the transaction.
  1. To cancel the transaction or SI maintained for the transaction, click Delete Item.
  2. The Delete Upcoming Payment screen appears.

Delete Upcoming Payment

  1. The Review screen appears. Verify the details, and click Confirm.
    OR
    Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
  2. The success message appears, along with the reference number.
    Click Done to complete the transaction.
