Add Questions to an Assessment


After completing this topic, you will be able to add questions from the Library to an assessment.


Steps:

  1. Open the assessment to which you want to add questions.

     

    Note: You can also open an assessment by double-clicking the assessment in the Outline Editor or Library.

     

    Click the Edit assessment button.

  2. You can add new questions or link existing ones from the Library.

     

    You can create new questions or link existing ones using the Link menu or the buttons on the Assessment Editor toolbar. You can also link existing questions using copy and paste.

  3. In this example, you will link questions to the assessment by copying them from the Library and pasting them into the assessment. Display the Library.

     

    Click the Library tab.

  4. We have navigated to the folder containing the questions you want to link. Select the questions you want to link.

     

    Click the Exiting WordPad question.

  5. You can select multiple questions by holding the [Ctrl] key as you select questions.

     

    We have selected four questions to add to the assessment.

  6. Copy the questions.

     

    Click the Copy button.

  7. Display the assessment.

     

    Click the Assessment - Document Basics tab.

  8. Paste the questions.

     

    Click the Paste button.
