Export Content


After completing this topic, you will be able to export content.


Steps:

  1. Select the document you want to export.

     

    Click the Creating Simple Formulas section.

  2. Export the selected document to the Training Files folder.

     

    Click the Tools menu.

  3. Point to the Export command.

  4. Click the Documents command.

  5. Browse to the location in which you want to store the exported content.

     

    Click the Browse button.

  6. Name your exported content.

     

    Enter the desired information into the File name field. Enter "Formulas_export".

  7. Click the Save button.

  8. Include the related documents in the export.

     

    Click the Export my selection and related documents option.

  9. You can choose to export server or local content.

     

    If all of the documents for export are checked into the server, it is best to export server content. If some of the documents are checked out to you, you should export local content to ensure that your export includes your latest edits.

     

    All of the documents in this export are checked out to the author, so you will export with the Export local content option.

  10. Click the Export button.
