Adjust the Start and Stop Point of Sound in a Frame


After completing this topic, you will be able to set the begin and end frame markers.


Steps:

  1. After playback, you realize that the beginning of the narrative for the current frame belongs in the previous frame.

     

    Click in the waveform where you want to set the begin marker for the frame.

    Step 1
  2. Reset the marker for the beginning of the frame to the selection point position.

     

    Click the Set start of frame sound button.

    Step 2
  3. The solid yellow vertical line marks where the frame sound starts.

     

    The sound to the left of this marker, that was formerly in the current frame, becomes part of the previous frame.

  4. The first sentence in the next frame actually belongs in the current (middle) frame.

     

    Click in the waveform where you want to set the end marker for the frame.

  5. Reset the marker for the end of the frame to the selection point position.

     

    Click the Set end of frame sound button.

    Step 5
  6. The solid yellow vertical line marks where the frame sound ends.

     

    The sound to the left of this marker, that was previously in the next frame, becomes part of the current frame.
