Steps:
The Document Creation.pdf file was created by saving a PowerPoint presentation in a PDF format.
Linking the pdf file instead of the native pptx file allows the user to view the slides in the Concept pane rather than launching PowerPoint.
You will link the pdf file to the Document Basics module.
Step 1Select the document to which you want to link a package file.
Click the Document Basics module.
Step 2Click the Create link button in the Concept pane.
Step 3Browse to the Library location where the package file is located. The file is in the
Content/Attachments folder.
Double-click the Content folder.
Step 4Double-click the Attachments folder.
Step 5Open the package in which the document is located.
Double-click the Customer Files package.
Step 6Select the document you want to link as a concept.
Click the Document Creation.pdf file.
Step 7Click the OK button.
Step 8The first slide in the slide show appears in the Concept pane.
Step 9The slides contain hyperlinked arrow images to advance to the next slide.
Click the Right Arrow button to view the next slide.
