Steps:
Display the Properties toolpane.
Click the View menu.

Step 3Click the Printing a Document topic.
Step 4When you change properties from the Outline Editor, the changes apply to the document selected in the outline, not to the concept linked to the selected document.
In the Outline Editor, you can use the drop-down list at the top of the Properties toolpane to switch between viewing Document and Concept properties.
Step 5Click the View list at the top of the Properties toolpane.
Step 6The Document option, which is the default, shows the properties for the selected document in the outline.
The Concept option displays the properties for the web page or package linked to the selected document as a concept.
Step 7Change the view to Concept or Web Page.
Click the Web Page.
Step 8The properties in the toolpane now affect the document linked as a concept.
Step 9Assign a Draft state to the web page.
Click in the State field.
Step 10Click the State list button.
Step 11Click the Draft list item.
Step 12Click the Document Basics module.
Step 13Click the View list at the top of the Properties toolpane.
Step 14Change the Properties view to Concept or Package.
Click the Concept.
Step 15Assign a Final state to the Concept.
Click in the State field.
