Remove Roles from Documents

After completing this topic, you will be able to remove roles from documents.

Steps:

1. Remove the Customer Support role from the selected documents.

    

   Click in the Roles field.

2. Click the Roles list button.

   Step 2

3. Remove the Customer Support role from the selected topics.

    

   Click the Customer Support option to deselect it.

   Step 3

4. Click the OK button.

   Step 4
