The Set Associated Content list shows questions in the selected assessment that are not associated with the selected document or its children. When you select a question from the list, you set the association of the question to the document selected in the outline. If the question is already associated with another document, selecting the question changes the question's Associated Content property. However, when you close the Set Associated Content list, you receive notification that the Associated Content property was updated. You can use the View activity log link to see which question was affected.
Add: This column shows an empty checkbox next to each question or topic in the list. Select a checkbox to add the question or topic to the selected assessment and set the Associated Content property.
Name: This column displays the name of the suggested question or topic.
Path: This column displays the location in the Library of the suggested question or topic.
Note: You can undo your actions in the Assessment Coverage view until you select a different assessment from the Select an Assessment list.
Multi-user Considerations
The Associated Content property is an attribute of the question, therefore the question must be checked out to you to associate it with a document. However, the content that is being associated does not have to be checked out.
The Assessment document must be checked out to add a new question. The system automatically checks out the assessment and question when you associate a question with a document.
