Edit Title Properties

After completing this topic, you will be able to edit title properties.

Steps:

  1. The check mark in the External column indicates that this title is SCORM-compliant content that was imported. While content imported from the Developer can be updated by reimporting the title, external content cannot. If you reimport an external title, it creates a new title. You can use the date and time of import to tell which is the most recent import.

    Step 1
  2. Click the Edit button for the title whose properties you want to edit. In this example, we will edit the properties of the Advanced Charting title.

    Step 2
  3. Edit the title properties as desired. In this example, we do not want users to be able to launch the title directly from the Player link in the Knowledge Center.

Click the Do not allow title to be launched directly option.

    Step 3
  4. Click the Save button.

    Step 4
  5. Click the Back to List link.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Edit button for the title whose properties you want to edit. In this example, we will edit the properties of the Golf Explained - CP One File Per SCO title.

    Step 6
  7. Note that the Title Launch options do not appear. External content cannot be launched through the Player link in Knowledge Center.

    Step 7
  8. Click the Home button.
