SmartHelp is a sidebar that can be opened in a browser which lists applicable help topics for the page that is open in the browser. You can deploy and administer SmartHelp through Knowledge Center. Using these options, you can specify the location from which a user can install SmartHelp.

Content Root

The content root has two paths, a URL and a UNC location. The web path (URL) tells the web browser where to “point” to access content, while the network path (UNC) physically locates the content on a file system.
