This report allows a training manager to view the results of a user's assessment and assess the user's knowledge of particular subject matter. It summarizes the results of a skill assessment a user completed. More than one assessment can be displayed in the report. The information in this report is similar to the information on the Summary page that a user sees at the end of an assessment (if available).

The options for this report are described below. 

• Workgroup: Select the desired workgroup. This option only appears if you are working in a multiple workgroup environment and you have System Administrator permissions.
   
• User: Select the desired user. After displaying the drop-down list box, a name or section of the alphabet can quickly be displayed by typing the first letter of the last name.
   
• Knowledge Path: Select the desired knowledge path.
   
• Activity: Click the checkbox to the left of the assessment(s) to include in the report. Additional information appears along with the assessment checkbox, including the date taken and score.

The resulting report is a re-creation of the assessment summary that appears in the User interface. The information that can appear in this report is described below.

Activity

This displays the name of the activity that contains the assessment.

Skill Assessment

This displays the assessment name and type (pre-assessment, post-assessment, inline assessment).

Score

This displays the user's score as a percentage correct.

Results

This displays a number of questions correct and incorrect.

Date

This displays the date the user took the assessment.

Questions answered correctly

This area displays a list of the sections for which a user answered questions correctly.

Questions answered incorrectly

This area displays a list of the sections for which a user answered questions incorrectly.
