Create a Publishing Category

After completing this topic, you will be able to create a publishing category.

Steps:

1. Click the Styles folder.

   Step 1

2. Create a folder for a new publishing category.

    

   Click the File menu.

   Step 2

3. Point to the New command.

   Step 3

4. Click the Folder command.

   Step 4

5. Use the category name to name the folder.

    

   Enter the desired information into the Folder field. Enter "WSG".

   Step 5

6. Click the OK button.

   Step 6

7. Select the folder containing the publishing projects that you want to copy to the new category.

    

   Click the User Productivity Kit list item.

   Step 7

8. Select the publishing projects that you want to copy from the Contents pane.

    

   Click the System Process list item.

   Step 8

9. Press the [Ctrl] key and click the Player list item.

   Step 9

10. Press the [Ctrl] key and click the Training Guide list item.

    Step 10

11. Copy the selected publishing projects.

     

    Click the Copy button.

    Step 11

12. Paste the copied projects to the category folder.

     

    Click the WSG folder.

    Step 12

13. Click the Paste button.

    Step 13
